Heat Advisory in Effect
A heat advisory is in effect today, Wednesday, July 15. NYC cooling centers are open. Cooling centers are air-conditioned facilities such as libraries, community centers, or senior centers that are open to the public during heat emergencies. Street Closures
Please be advised that Lincoln Center will be hosting a private event today, Wednesday, July 15, which may cause road closures and traffic delays nearby. It is our understanding that Dante Park will be closed from 3:00pm until 11:00pm. We encourage you to plan your route accordingly.

Fresh Food For Seniors
Seniors can place the next order of Council Member Gale Brewer’s annual Fresh Food for Seniors program today, Wednesday, July 15, for pickup on Wednesday, July 29, at the Goddard Riverside Older Adult Center (593 Columbus) from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The cost is $10, while the bag of fresh produce from local farmers is worth about $15.

Con Edison Work Notices
Due to Con Edison gas work, West 64th Street between Broadway and Columbus Avenue will be closed to through traffic Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 3:30pm, now through Friday, July 31.
Con Edison is performing a Gas Upgrade on West 68th Street between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West, with work expected through Wednesday, September 30. Please expect limited street parking, temporary lane/bike lane closures, noise, and generator(s). The work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The reference number is 26-03335.
