Lincoln Square is also home to two exceptional libraries. The New York Public Library – Riverside Branch (127 Amsterdam Avenue, between West 65th and West 66th Streets) serves the neighborhood with books, programs, and resources for readers of all ages. Nearby, the the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts (40 Lincoln Center Plaza) is internationally recognized for its collections devoted to theater, dance, music, and recorded sound, making it an invaluable destination for anyone interested in the performing arts.
