Staying Safe for Ourselves and Others

We understand that many of you have been cooped up inside for months now and are eager to get out, see your friends and family, and return to your favorite neighborhood spots. Luckily, many of these things are increasingly possible to do safely while also safeguarding your health and the health of others. However, we can’t let our guard down, and in the words of Governor Cuomo, “we’re stronger if we all work together”.  So, if you plan to venture outside, it is important that you take appropriate measures to protect yourself, and others, through social distancing and regular hand washing, and wearing masks to reduce the spread of respiratory droplets containing the virus.  For additional information on how to protect yourself and your family, please see the NYS Department of Health website for guidance.  Our collective and continued vigilance against the virus will help us all move forward to some semblance of normalcy.
