The New Normal: Adapting Your Small Business Playbook

As part of the City’s commitment to spur economic growth, the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) has released The New Normal: Adapting Your Small Business Playbook. The playbook is filled with tools, technologies and strategies to help entrepreneurs stabilize their business, protect their staff and customers, and build and grow beyond the pandemic. Learn more here. 

In conjunction with the playbook release, SBS is offering a free, four-week workshop series run by business experts. Each session will cover topics from the playbook and will be accompanied by virtual classroom instruction and take-home exercises from business owners to maximize their learnings.

Sessions run from 6:00pm-7:30pm on Tuesday, March 16, Thursday March 18, Tuesday March 23, and Thursday March 25. Click here to register for The New Normal workshop series. Please note that once you register, you will be signed up for all four sessions.
