It's Time to Think about Thanksgiving 2022
Nov 10, 2022Now that it's November, it's time to start thinking about Thanksgiving, and we know that it can be kind of overwhelming. Thankfully, Lincoln Square is teeming with eateries offering Thanksgiving dining options or special catering, so we put together a list of them to help ease your holiday stress. Restaurant reservations usually fill up fast and even sell out, so make your plans today!
Sit-Down Dining Options
Café Fiorello (1900 Broadway at 63rd Street) will serve meals all day on Thanksgiving. If you're looking for brunch, it will be available from 10am - 2pm. Starting at 2pm, they will offer their regular a la carte menu, as well as a Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu. The traditional Thanksgiving menu includes three courses for $79 per person and comes with all the trimmings, as well as some special holiday drink options. At PJ Clarke's (44 West 63rd Street at Columbus Ave), you can order off the menu or enjoy a prix-fixe Thanksgiving meal on Thanksgiving Day. The 3-course menu is $65 per adult and $45 per child and includes coffee and tea. Click here to view the menu, and click here to make your reservation.
Visit Lincoln Ristorante (142 West 65th Street in Lincoln Center) for a delicious three-course prix-fixe menu, perfectly crafted for the holiday. Enjoy seasonal dishes for $95 per person for lunch or dinner. You can view the menu here and make your reservation here.
Bar Boulud (1900 Broadway at 64th Street) will serve a three-course feast featuring holiday favorites with a French twist. The three-course prix-fixe meal costs $105 per adult and $45 per child under 12 and comes with a choice of an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. There is very limited availability for outdoor seating, and currently, there are no reservations available for indoor dining. Boulud Sud (20 West 64th Street at Broadway) will celebrate Thanksgiving with a festive three-course feast featuring your favorite Boulud Sud holiday dishes. The 3-course prix-fixe menu is $145 per person and $65 for children 12 and under. It includes a choice of an appetizer, a main course, and dessert, with sides available for purchase. Nougatine (1 Central Park West) will offer a 3-course prix-fixe lunch and dinner starting at 12:00pm on Thanksgiving Day. You can view the menu here, make a reservation for indoor dining here, and make a reservation for eating in outdoor cabins on the Terrace here. Although currently sold out, they will also have a prix-fixe breakfast menu. You can view the menu here and sign up for ticket notifications here.
While the Thanksgiving Buffet with a View at Bluebird London NYC (10 Columbus Circle) is currently sold out, you can sign up for notifications about ticket availability here. There are reservations available for lunch, though.
Just outside the district, Robert, the restaurant atop the Museum of Arts and Design (2 Columbus Circle), has reservations open for a special three-course Thanksgiving Day meal for $120 per person and $65 for children 12 and under. While they don't have Thanksgiving specials posted at the moment, reservations are available at Atlantic Grill (50 W 65th Street), Rosa Mexicano (61 Columbus Ave at 62nd Street), Noi Due Carne (141 W 69th Street between Broadway & Columbus Ave), and The Leopard at des Artistes (1 West 67th Street). You may want to consider these eateries, especially if you are in the mood for a non-traditional holiday meal.
A great sign of strength and vibrancy for our restaurants is that a number of them are already fully booked. Although currently sold out, Jean-Georges Restaurant (1 Central Park West) will offer Thanksgiving tasting menus. You can sign up here to get notified if tickets become available. The Smith (1900 Broadway at 63rd Street) and Porter House Bar and Grill (10 Columbus Circle) are also offering Thanksgiving meals, but currently have no availability. To join the waitlists, call The Smith at 212.496.5700 and Porter House Bar and Grill at 212.823.9500.
Please note that other restaurants may announce Thanksgiving specials in the coming weeks and that reservations fill up quickly. It's best to check with individual restaurants for the most up-to-date information!
Catering Options
Skip the cooking this year and enjoy Chef Daniel Boulud’s Thanksgiving feast from Épicerie Boulud (1900 Broadway at 64th Street). A complete Thanksgiving Dinner costs $450, includes everything you need for the quintessential holiday table, and serves 4 - 6 people. You can also order a la carte sides and pies. Le Botaniste (156 Columbus Ave at 67th Street) is offering a vegan Thanksgiving meal option to enjoy at home that feeds up to four people. The special meal costs $200 and includes butternut squash soup, jack curry, veggie loaf, mashed potatoes, walnut brownie, plus more. It is available for pick-up or delivery on Wednesday, November 23rd, only after 4 pm, and the last day you can order is Monday, November 21st. Click here to view and order the special.
At Breads Bakery (1890 Broadway at 63rd Street), you can now pre-order Thanksgiving sweets and baked sides online. The menu offers pies, rolls, cranberry sauce, and even a special stuffing mix. Pre-orders are available for pick-up or delivery from November 21st through November 23rd. The Thanksgiving menu is also available for in-store purchase every day from November 11th through the 23rd. Gourmet Garage (155 West 66th Street at Broadway) has all the ingredients to help you whip up your own holiday menu, and if you don't feel like cooking, they offer catering options for Thanksgiving dinners too. You can choose a complete dinner package option based on the number of guests you expect (up to 12), or you can order some seasonal appetizers, sides, desserts, and other a la carte options to help lighten your cooking load. Whole Foods Market (10 Columbus Circle) can help you prepare a Thanksgiving meal, whether you want to cook it yourself and need ingredients or prefer to pick up a pre-made Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings. The catering department offers meal packages with various meat options and for different size dinner parties — just reheat it when you’re ready to eat it. You can also order other holiday selections, including a la carte entrees, sides, and desserts. Click here to view the options and place your order.
Dig (100 West 67th Street at Columbus Ave) is offering Dig-sgiving Packages, which include all the turkey day classics without the actual turkey. There are also regular catering packages available, as well as sides, desserts, drinks, and more. You can view the options and order them here.
Maman has a lineup of Thanksgiving pies for you to choose from, including Pumpkin, Classic Pecan, Spiced Apple Crumb, and Mixed Berry. All of these flavors are available in 9" pies that serve 8-10 people and cost $42 each. Pre-order your whole pies from November 1st - 20th by placing an order via pies@mamannyc.com (required for orders under $150) or by clicking here (for orders above $150). You can also swing by the café from November 17th - 23rd to buy individual pie slices and whole pies while supplies last. Pie slices will also be available on the maman app.
Le Pain Quotidien (60 West 65th Street) offers both pumpkin and pecan pie, which you can order here, as well as basic catering options, which you can order here.
Jean-Georges Restaurant (1 Central Park West) is selling Thanksgiving pies, including Spiced Pumpkin Pie ($78), Carmelized Apple Pie ($88), and Chocolate Pecan Pie ($88), available for pick-up at his restaurant on November 23rd. You can also order his Vegan Pumpkin Pie for $78, which is only available for pick-up at abcV, abc Kitchen, or abc cocina. Place your orders here.
Just steps outside the district on both ends, Magnolia Bakery (200 Columbus Ave & 1794 Broadway) has opened orders online for Thanksgiving pies and desserts, which you can view and order from here.
