New to the Neighborhood: Dig Inn is Now Open!

Lincoln Square is home to a newly opened fast-casual food spot that's as good for your body as it is for your wallet. Now located at 100 West 67th Street (between Columbus and Broadway), Dig Inn serves vegetable-forward dishes for lunch and dinner using fresh, locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. The small northeast chain (with locations around the City, upstate, and in Boston) offers a menu packed with seasonal specials, choosing to focus on recipes that match growing seasons, changing the menu up to six times per year. The menu generally focuses on bowls of food, where customers build their own bowl by picking a base of greens, rice, or quinoa, and pile on fresh sides and a main protein (tofu, chicken, salmon, etc.).
