New York State has Second-Lowest COVID-19 Positivity Rate in the United States
Oct 28, 2020Governor Cuomo today announced that, per Johns Hopkins University's Coronavirus Resource Center, New York State has the second-lowest COVID-19 positivity rate of any state in the country. Full rankings are below.
