NYC Council Hearing on Open Streets

The New York City Council’s Committee on Consumer Affairs has scheduled a hearing on Int. 1957, which will require DOT to designate open spaces for temporary outdoor dining areas and establish a permitting system for those areas, for June 4, 2020 at 10:30am.  Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours from the conclusion of the hearing by clicking HERE.
