Apr 3, 2025
The Lincoln Square Business Improvement District is holding its 28th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 9:30am at Lincoln Center's David Rubenstein Atrium at 1887 Broadway (between West 62nd and West 63rd Street).
We will be welcomed by the new president of Lincoln Center, Dr. Mariko Silver, and will review our FY ’26 budget, present our Annual Report, elect Directors and Alternates to our Board, and discuss accomplishments. We will also discuss a proposal to amend the District Plan and our assessment formula to include a modest residential assessment of approximately $0.06 per square foot. To learn more, click here.
In order to attend the Annual Meeting, you must RSVP and register here. Owners of real property, residential owners (i.e., condo), nonprofit owners, commercial tenants (including those who own or work in a business), and residential tenants (renters or co-op shareholders) within the boundaries of the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District may be eligible to vote on the election of Directors at our Annual Meeting (click here for the list of nominees).
