Warm Weather Fashion in Lincoln Square
Apr 16, 2024The warm weather has us reaching into our wardrobes for lighter and brighter clothing. But with a new season arriving, our fashion lineup could probably use a refresh. Luckily, Lincoln Square's retailers are showcasing all the latest spring trends and have everything you need to be both fashion-forward and comfortable this season.
If you appreciate a one-stop shop, The Shops at Columbus Circle (10 Columbus Circle) is the perfect place to do all your shopping. For those in search of a high-end look, check out HUGO BOSS, which is putting an emphasis on neutrals this season. J. Crew and the J. Crew Men’s Shop have classic essentials for both work and play—your wardrobe from the store could take you from the office to the beach, if need be. If you’re in search of a vacation wardrobe, visit Robert Graham, where you’ll find colorful patterns for both men and women this spring.
Athletic clothing also gets a lighter touch this season at Alo and Lululemon—both stores are featuring different shades of pink this season. For comfortable looks that are also sustainable, Eileen Fisher is offering neutral pieces, as well as bright shades of pink. Finally, you can dress the whole family at H&M this spring. When you walk into the store, you will be welcomed by a sea of white and blue in both the women’s and men’s sections, while kids will find light colors to wear in breathable fabrics.
You can also find spring looks at other neighborhood stores. Just two blocks from The Shops, Target (1863 Broadway at W 61st St) has all the basics, from dresses to shorts and, of course, their ever-popular bathing suits. Among the white and blue styles at Gap (1988 Broadway between W 67th St and W 68th St), you will find bursts of pink, green, and yellow and an extra emphasis on linen for the warmer weather. Zara (1963 Broadway between W 66th St and W 67th St) has also hopped on the neutrals wagon, offering great looks for work and social activities. At J.Jill (170 Columbus Ave between W 67th and W 68th St), check out seasonal looks from spring staples to florals with bright colors and patterns.
The flowers are blooming, and it’s finally warm enough to head out in the morning without your coat. To give your wardrobe a seasonal upgrade, visit any number of these local stores. For an even broader range of stores in the neighborhood, check out our neighborhood guide.
