On May 14, 2020, the Lincoln Square BID held its 23rd Annual Meeting virtually--its first and hopefully last virtual annual meeting, our Chairman Gary Jacob noted as he welcomed attendees.

Held via Zoom, at this meeting we approved the FY 2021 budget, elected Directors to the Board, and discussed the current state of the neighborhood and city. We were so glad to connect with our membership, including our Board, businesses, residents, property owners, and even some friends, despite these tough times. In total, 84 people attended--including some new faces!

Additionally, we had the opportunity to hear from NY State Senator Brad Hoylman, Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, and other members of the community and city. We discussed some ideas to help businesses in the area as they start to re-open and ways to stay connected as a community.

Thanks to everyone who helped us have a successful virtual meeting and to all of our community members who continue to support us. We are also excited to welcome our several new Board Directors elected this year.

If you missed the meeting, you can view our presentation by clicking here. The presentation includes financial statements, excellent charts displaying neighborhood data, and photos. We hope everyone is staying safe and we look forward to seeing everyone again at a future meeting as soon as it's possible.
