ABT's Summer 2022 Season at the Met

The American Ballet Theatre has returned to the Metropolitan Opera House after two years for its summer season, which runs through Saturday, July 16, 2022.  This season is full of triumphant love, unforgettable stories, and popular favorites that are sure to leave you dazzled. Productions include the New York premiere of Alexei Ratmansky’s Of Love and Rage; performances of the mixed repertory program American Splendor showcasing Alonzo King’s New York premiere of Single Eye, Jessica Lang’s ZigZag, and 75th Anniversary performances of George Balanchine’s Theme and Variations; Kenneth MacMillan’s Romeo and Juliet; and Swan Lake, which is the quintessential ballet featuring the unforgettable corps de ballet moving in magical unison set to Tchaikovsky’s glorious score.
