Apple Product Skill Sessions

With new Apple products announced and available for pre-order, you may have iPhones, iPads, and computers on the mind. If so, you’ll want to check out the Apple Upper West Side Store’s events calendar online.

If you have questions about how to best navigate your Apple devices, our Upper West Side store has Apple Creatives available for virtual sessions to get started with various products, including your iPhone or iPad. During these sessions, you’ll learn the basic ins and outs of your devices, such as details on how to customize your settings, how to set up system preferences, navigate the latest iOS updates, and more. The Apple Creatives running these hour-long sessions will also teach you fun tips and shortcuts as well as their favorite features. These classes are great for anyone who has switched over to a new Apple product or for users who want to get more familiar with their everyday devices without guesswork.

These sessions may be particularly helpful as the new iPhone 13 launches officially in-stores this week, including at the Upper West Side location (1981 Broadway at 67th Street). For the launch on Friday, September 24, this location will open earlier (8:00am) to accomodate the expected customers. It is also worth noting that Apple issued an iOS update for the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac computers to close a vulnerability reportedly exploited by invasive spyware.
