David Chang’s Momofuku Noodle Bar is serving patrons delicious noodles, steamed breads, soft serve and more daily at their location in The Shops at Columbus Circle (10 Columbus Circle). While it’s fun to dine in or get takeout from the restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar has an online store, Momofuku Peachy Keen, that offers a variety of speciality products to help you recreate recipes in your own home kitchen!

Try out the popular Momofuku Chili Crunch, a spicy-crunchy chili oil made with three types of Mexican chilis, crunchy garlic and shallots. It's a great addition to dips, noodles, eggs and even fried chicken! Upgrade your pantry with Momofuku's restaurant-grade Soy Sauce made with organic ingredients and steeped with kombu to have a rounder, richer flavor than other sauces you may find at your local supermarket. And if you're looking to add a specialty product to your kitchen, try their Tamari, which has a lighter, sharper flavor perfect for salad dressings and sashimi. Don't forget to add Momofuku's Seasoned Salts to your cart, and be on the lookout for a restock of their new Dried Noodles, which are currently sold out.

If you need inspiration on how to use these products, check out Momofuku’s recipe e-book. Highlights include Crunchy Noodle Coleslaw with Sesame Soy Dressing, Tamari-Cured Salmon, and Whipped Lemon Ricotta Dip with Chili Crunch Drizzle

If you want to try some of Momofuku's dishes before you attempt to make them at home, Momofuku Noodle Bar is open from 5:00pm – 8:00pm Monday through Thursday, 12:00pm – 9:00pm Friday and Saturday, and 12:00pm – 8:00pm Sunday. Click here to make a reservation.
