CityMD & COVID-19 Testing

Like us, you may have been wondering about lines that began appearing outside of Lincoln Square's CityMD location at 2025 Broadway (at 69th Street) last week. As it turns out, there's some good news! CityMD can now test any patient for COVID-19. 

Previously, limited testing and resources prevented CityMD from widespread testing, reserving testing for high-risk patients only. But as of April 27, CityMD locations are equipped to test every patient who needs or wants a COVID-19 test via the PCR (Nasal Swab) test. This test is for patients who want to be tested for potential current infection and for patients who need to confirm they are not positive for the virus for work requirements. The PCR (Nasal Swab) test will detect if you are actively infected with the COVID-19 virus. Also, as of April 28, all CityMD locations can test for the Serum Antibody IgG (Blood Test).
