Coming Soon: Le Botaniste

Lincoln Square will soon be home to a plant-based eatery and wine bar, great for healthy lunches or after-work drinks. Coming soon to 156 Columbus Avenue, at Columbus and 67th Street right next door to Kiehl's, Le Botaniste is opening a fourth city location bringing organic dishes and natural wines to the neighborhood. The menu will feature non-dairy, gluten free, vegan food, marketed as health-forward and include items like young coconut ceviche, a spread with coconut meat, cashew, cilantro, jalapenos and garlic; a Magic Miso Bowl, with gluten-free noodles, miso broth, vegetables, and tofu; and desserts like an omega-3 brownie and more.

 

Le Botaniste describes itself as a food "pharmacy", with the menu items being the eatery's "prescriptions". Check out the eatery's website for more information.
