Commercial Waste Zones

The Department of Sanitation (DSNY) is proposing reforms to the commercial waste hauling industry with the intent to implement commercial waste collection zones. This plan would establish a system of geographic zones to contain routes and create a modern, efficient commercial waste collection system.
