New Businesses Coming to Lincoln Square

Lincoln Square will soon be home to some new businesses! We have been told that Le French Wine Shop (161 Amsterdam Avenue at West 67th Street) will have a soft opening any day now. Additionally, the Lincoln Square community can look forward to El Fish Shack (153 Amsterdam Avenue at West 67th Street) and Rosetta Bakery (1928 Broadway at West 64th Street). Both business locations are busy with activity, preparing for their openings in the near future.

Get Tested, Vaccinated & Boosted for COVID-19

COVID-19 is still a major concern for individual and public health. It is important to stay safe, get tested, and get vaccinated or boosted if you're eligible. Buildings Must Have Self-Closing Doors

To ensure proper fire safety procedures, all residential buildings with three or more apartments must have self-closing doors. Property owners should ensure that apartment doors open from the inside without a key and are free from obstruction. Learn more here.

E-Bike Theft on the Rise

We have been notified by the 20th Precinct that there has been a recent surge in e-bike thefts while deliveries are being made. They advise that delivery personnel secure their property and lock up their bikes while making deliveries at all times. Check out this tweet from the 20th Precinct about the issue.

Participate in the NYCxDESIGN Festival

The NYCxDESIGN Festival will return on Thursday, March 10 through Sunday, March 20 for its tenth anniversary edition, highlighting all things design. All members of the design community—as well as those in adjacent industries, such as restaurants, hotels, and non-profit organizations—are invited to participate in the festival through exhibitions, open studios, panels, and more.
