Make a Vaccine Appointment at Lincoln Center 5.26.21 - 5.28.21

From Wednesday, May 26 through Friday, May 28, Lincoln Center will be hosting two mobile vaccination buses at the corner of West 62nd Street and Columbus Avenue. You can schedule a vaccine appointment on vax4nyc.gov or by calling 877-829-4692. The mobile buses will also be accepting walk-up vaccinations.

CPC Announces Public Review for Health and Fitness Text Amendment

The Chair of the City Planning Commission, Marisa Lago, recently announced the start of public review for the Health and Fitness Text Amendment, which would ease regulatory burdens for gyms, spas, and licensed massage therapy. The text amendment would allow these uses as of right in certain zoning districts, cutting red tape and helping small businesses recover from the pandemic. Read more on the zoning text amendment here.

How to Report Hate Crimes

It is a personal responsibility for each of us to stand up to hate. To report a hate crime that has happened to you, contact @NYPDHateCrimes or call 1-800-577-TIPS. You can also file a complaint online with the NY Hate Crime Task Force or contact their toll-free hotline from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday by calling 1-888-392-3644 or texting "HATE" to 81336. If you need to report a hate crime that is currently happening or you fear for your safety, you should call 911 immediately.

NYPD Offering Cash Rewards for Reporting ATVs

Residents who report where illegal ATV vehicles are being stored to the NYPD could collect $100 per motorbike seized. Anyone with information is urged to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
