Customer Satisfaction Survey Results 2022
The Lincoln Square BID conducted its annual survey of community members, including local businesses, property owners, residents, students, and visitors, earlier this year. The survey ran between February and March and garnered a lot of great responses. Thanks to everyone who took the time to give us feedback and submit answers. We sincerely appreciate the support. We have also picked 5 winners from the survey responders who will be gifted local gift cards.
This year, 97.45% of respondents answered that the BID is doing good or excellent at its job. The survey results indicate that the public is overall satisfied with the quality of our services, including our Clean & Safe Teams, our streetscape and beautification efforts, and our marketing/business support program. We asked a number of questions about quality of life concerns, public safety, public amenities, and more to gain insight into how locals feel about spending time in Lincoln Square, too. Something of note in our survey is that a number of respondents want to see containerized bins for commercial garbage, indicating that piles of trash bags on our sidewalk corners are a concern to locals. Currently, we’re making efforts to reduce piles of trash bags and would love to hear from anyone who agrees with these efforts or has concerns related to these efforts.
