Ecstatic Music Festival 2019

Kaufman Music Center is gearing up for another season of its special Ecstatic Music Festival. Get up close and personal with trailblazing artists stretching their wings and diving into collaborations that take their work in bold new directions. The only music festival that exclusively presents new work resulting from collaborations, the Ecstatic Music Festival has been hailed as "a who's who of the music scene" (WQXR) and "audacious combinations and post-genre hybrids" (The New Yorker).

A new season of this audacious and surprising collaborative festival begins on Monday, January 7 with wild Up, Zola Jesus & William Brittelle. The concerts take place in Merkin Concert Hall and are streamed live on NewSounds.org.
