Farewell, Lincoln Plaza Cinemas

As everyone prepares to say goodbye to a long-standing, much loved art house theater, a farewell gathering will be hosted this weekend. 

 

Say goodbye to Lincoln Plaza Cinemas with a special farewell event on Sunday, January 28th, at 11:00am (arrive by 10:30am). There will be 200 invited guests set up in the large theater, including family, friends, and industry people (including surprise guest speakers). 

The public will be allowed in on a first-come, first-served basis. If the first theater is full, additional theaters will be opened to accommodate capacity, where staff will stream the large theater event live on screen. House Manager Ewnetu Admassu said that staff will do their best to "accommodate everyone."
