French Foods for Bastille Day
Jul 11, 2019July 14 marks a special, annual celebration for French and Francophiles around the globe and in New York City. Bastille Day honors the Storming of the Bastille during the French Revolution, and many commemorate this holiday with delicious food.
This coming Sunday, July 14, join Bar Boulud (1900 Broadway at 64th Street), a gourmet French cuisine spot, as they roll out the addition of a Coq Au Vin Sandwich to their menu for Bastille Day. This sandwich offers all the tastes of Coq au Vin - Crispy braised chicken with red wine sauce, bacon and fried shallots all on a bun! This Daniel Boulud specialty will be available from Bastille Day onward, so stop in for a delicious taste of France.
