Generations in Jazz Festival 2018

It's just about time to enjoy a month of fantastic, modern jazz music in Lincoln Square. The end of August marks the return of Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola's ninth annual Generations in Jazz Festival! The Festival kicks off with vocalist and tenor saxophonist Camille Thurman and the Darrell Green Trio on Thursday, August 30, and comes to an end with top jazz drummer Willie Jones III's Quintet from Thursday, October 4 to Sunday, October 7. Between these great bookend performances, you can enjoy 179 artists across generations with 34 unique programs over 39 nights, making this year one of the longest runs for the Festival. There's so much to enjoy with jazz!
