This summer’s wellness programming started last Saturday, July 8, with a dancing classroom promoting intergenerational cultural exchange by teaching 20 century social dance traditions to today’s generation of kids. The remaining lineup includes guided meditation with Minila Shah, performances by traditional Korean musicians, a dance workshop with the New York City Ballet, and more social dances for children and adults alike to drop in and show off their moves.
