NYC Council Hearing on Open Streets

The New York City Council's Committee on Consumer Affairs held a hearing today, Thursday, June 4 on Int. 1957, which will require DOT to designate open spaces for temporary outdoor dining areas and establish a permitting system for those areas. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours from the conclusion of the hearing by clicking HERE.
