DDC 9th Avenue Project

Alternate Side Parking Updates
Alternate Side Parking (ASP) regulations are back in effect, however, residential streets that have multiple ASP days will be cleaned – with vehicles required to be moved – only on the latest day in the week. Click here for more information.
Interim Usage of POPS
Pursuant to an executive order signed by the Mayor, privately owned public spaces (POPS) will now be made available to restaurants and retailers. For detailed guidance, see Kramer Levin’s resource guide to interim use of POPS. In order to access these spaces for your business, be sure to discuss use of these spaces with the property owner and have them submit the required notifications to the Department of City Planning.
