OATH to Handle Commercial Tenant Mediation

The City’s Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) will now oversee the City’s program to mediate disputes between commercial tenants and property owners, due to the increased caseload brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Formerly managed by the Department of Small Business Services, the program will now be administered by OATH’s Center for Conflict Resolution.

Con Edison Gas Upgrade Work

Con Edison is performing Gas Upgrade work on Amsterdam Avenue between West 68th and West 70th Streets. The work will take place Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm between Monday, July 6 and Saturday, August 22.
