The COVID-19 pandemic is a worldwide shared traumatic experience that disrupts and affects our families, friends, and communities. Join library staff and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for a 90-minute informational virtual presentation, COVID-19 Community Conversations: Mental Health, Equity & Resilience, on potential mental health impacts, relevant coping skills, and available resources. This session will take place on Wednesday January 20 at 1:30pm.
Join library staff and a presenter from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for Let’s Talk About Healthy Homes with DOHMH on Wednesday, January 20 at 4:00pm. This discussion will cover 5 ways to keep your home healthy and safe including how to take steps to prevent lead exposure, control mold issues, clean your home safely, control pests safely, and install safety devices.
