Join the Lincoln Square BID Public Safety Team

Do you or someone you know like being outdoors and talking to people? Do you like being on your feet and getting lots of exercise? Do you have prior experience as a security professional? Do you want to gain experience in the criminal justice field? If you answered yes to these questions, you may be a great candidate to join the Lincoln Square BID Public Safety Team!

The Lincoln Square BID’s mission is to make Lincoln Square cleaner, safer, and more beautiful, and to undertake various improvement projects. Public Safety Officers serve a dual role as ambassadors for Lincoln Square, answering questions and giving directions to members of the public, as well as serving as a uniformed deterrent to crime. Public Safety Officers also report on various quality of life issues in the district and sometimes reunite lost property like wallets and phones to their rightful owners! 

Allied Universal is our current contractor for supplemental security and public safety services. Allied recruits, vets, and manages our Public Safety Officers. Allied Universal is currently accepting applications for open positions on the BID's Public Safety Team.
