LaGuardia Events Open to the Public
Interested in a night out for theater or music at an affordable price? Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School (100 Amsterdam Avenue at West 65th Street) is showcasing their talented students in two upcoming performing arts events.

This weekend, enjoy LaGuardia’s first Spring Drama Festival of the season. Students will be performing The Last Days of Judas Iscariot in the Little Flower Theater at the school. The famous play uses flashbacks to an imagined childhood, and a courtroom in Purgatory with lawyers who call for the testimonies of such witnesses as Mother Teresa, Caiaphas, Saint Monica, Sigmund Freud and Satan to reexamine the plight and fate of the New Testament's most infamous and unexplained sinner. Performances begin at 7:30pm on Thursday, March 21* - Saturday, March 23 and 5:00pm on Sunday, March 24. Tickets are $15 for students and $25 for adults. Click here to purchase tickets.

LaGuardia’s Show Choir will be performing their annual Spring Concert on Tuesday, April 9 at 7:30pm in the Concert Hall at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School. Regular performers at our Winter’s Eve at Lincoln Square festival for many years, the Show Choir is made up of some of the most talented young voices in the city. Tickets are $15 for students and $20 for adults and can be purchased here.

* Tickets for performances on Thursday, March 21 and Friday, March 22 are sold out, but tickets are available for the other performances.
