LSBID 24th Annual Meeting: 5.12.21

The Lincoln Square Business Improvement District will hold its 24th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, May 12 at 9:15am. This meeting will take place via Zoom and we will be hearing some brief remarks from Terence Monahan, former Chief of the Department of the NYPD, now the Senior Advisor to the Mayor for Recovery, Public Safety and Planning for NYC COVID Recovery. We will also hear remarks from Gene Spiegelman, our keynote speaker, who is Vice Chairman and Principal of RIPCO Real Estate, and a prominent leader in the retail real estate industry for the past 28 years. In addition, we will present the Fiscal Year 2022 budget, elect Directors and Alternates to the Board, amend the Bylaws, and discuss our programs and the district's recovery. While the Lincoln Square BID serves all property owners, commercial tenants, and residents in the district, and everyone is welcome to attend, only registered members may vote.
