Have you always wanted to learn an instrument? Or, did you play music back in, say, high school or college, but haven't had time to continue the skill? Or, maybe you've just retired and would like to take up a creative hobby. Well, all three scenarios will lead you to one musically dynamic place located right here in Lincoln Square: Lucy Moses School at Kaufman Music Center. Lucy Moses School's Adult Division makes it easy and fun for adults--from absolute beginners to seasoned players--to further develop strong music skills.

Lucy Moses School's Adult Division offers voice classes, theater groups, chamber ensembles instrumental classes and more! The 2019-2020 schedule is packed with a wide array of classes that range from 8 sessions to 28 sessions, depending on the type. You can even opt for private lessons, for which the school will match you with a faculty member suited to your skill level, schedule, learning style and musical interests. Click here to search available classes in the program. There is an annual registration fee of $30 to join the Division and each set of classes has an individual tuition cost.

If you'd like to learn more about the Adult Division, there will be a free Open House on Thursday, September 12 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Kaufman Music Center (129 West 67th Street). For more information, contact the school's registrar office at (212) 501-3360. You're never too old to connect with music, theater, dance, and more.
