Manhattan District Attorney Launches Campaign to Prevent Opportunity Theft

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., announced the launch of a new campaign to raise public awareness of opportunity theft in New York City. The two-week, street-level campaign, which runs from Tuesday, May 30 to Tuesday, June 13, is designed to prevent opportunity theft by informing New Yorkers and visitors about common hot spots, frequently targeted items, and tips to avoid becoming victims.
