Midsummer Night Swing 2019

New York's hottest dance party is returning to Lincoln Square! Grab your friends and prepare for a fun night out under the stars. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or new to the scene, Lincoln Center's Midsummer Night Swing provides the perfect setting to Lindy hop, salsa, hustle, and more - with live music from some of the hottest bands around.

 

The season kicks off on Tuesday, June 25 and ends on Saturday, July 13, with a total of 16 nights of fun-filled performances and dancing at Damrosch Park (West 62nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues). Check out big band swing from Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks (June 25) and Eyal Vilner Big Band (July 10), salsa from Los Hacheros (June 29) and Bobby Valentí­n Orchestra (July 4), and other fabulous performances of various music and dance genres.The dance floor opens at 6:00pm every evening. From 6:30pm to 7:30pm, group dance lessons are offered to practice specific moves to go with the music. Live 1-hour sets begin at 7:30pm and 9:00pm, unless otherwise noted.

 

Not ready to stop the party at 10:00pm? On Thursday, June 27 and Tuesday, July 2, dance the night away at a Silent Disco, powered by Quiet Events. Wireless headsets are free with your main event ticket or pay $5 at the door if you are interested in attending the Silent Disco only. Buy single-event tickets in advance for $18 or day-of for $22.
