Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and this year there are some very creative ways to celebrate around the Lincoln Square Neighborhood.

In the afternoon on Valentine's Day, head to the Starbucks on the corner of Broadway and 63rd Street (1889 Broadway) for a three-hour block of karaoke fun. Set up in-store, this location will host customer karaoke from 11:00am-2:00pm to celebrate the holiday.

Join the New York Philharmonic on Valentine's Day and treat your sweetheart to a special night in the city with a toast to love and A Broadway Romance. Buy tickets now through Sunday, February 9, and you can opt for a premium Valentine's Day package, which includes two beverage vouchers for a champagne toast at intermission and fresh roses on your seat. Click here for more information.

Enjoy a dinner and live music combination for Valentine's Day on February 14 or 15 at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Jazz pianist and singer Freddy Cole will perform songs for lovers in honor of the holiday as guests enjoy a three-course dinner at Dizzy's Club. Each day offers two show times-7:00pm and 9:30pm-and tickets can be purchased here.

For an indulgent experience with your Valentine, book a romantic New York City escape at the Mandarin Oriental, New York through Saturday, February 29 and enjoy a number of romantic retreat specials, including an in-room champagne breakfast. Guests must stay a minimum of two nights.

Pick up a sweet gift for your sweetheart at one of our local shops selling Valentine's Day treats like Valentine's Day gift boxes and cookies from Épicerie Boulud (1900 Broadway) or a tin of hot chocolate with heart-shaped homemade marshmallows from Bouchon Bakery (The Shops at Columbus Circle). You can also get chocolates and candies from Jean-Georges (1 Central Park West), La Maison du Chocolat (The Shops at Columbus Circle), or IT'SUGAR (1870 Broadway).
