Though the difficulties of this past year have had a particularly large impact on Lincoln Square, we’ve still seen an impressive number of businesses open in the district this past year, bringing us hope for what's to come!

Inside of The Shops at Columbus Circle (10 Columbus Circle):

Therabody (part of Theragun) has opened on the ground floor, offering gadgets for a modern wellness experience. The Theragun is a personal massage tool designed for stress relief and workout recovery and there are a number of accessories, including a personalized app, that can aid in your at-home routine. Click here to view the website.

Vineyard Vines also opened on the ground floor. The brand sells casual clothing and accessories for men, women and kids, including polos, fitness leggings, fleece pullovers, and relaxed buttons downs. Check out the website here. This store also offers private shopping appointments, but contact the store at (646) 758-7289 to confirm availability and details.

Rebag, a buy-sell resale designer shop, located on the second floor, opened this past month as well. Rebag sells gently used luxury brand bags, watches, jewelry and accessories. This location also has a Buy Bar, so you can bring in your own once-loved items for appraisal and sale. Browse the store’s online catalog here.

Paper Source, a stationery and gift retailer that offers papers, custom invitations & announcements, gifts, greeting cards, gift wrap, paper craft kits, party supplies, and personalized stationery & stamps, opened on the third floor of The Shops. Click here to visit their website.

And, Tartinery has signage up promoting their upcoming arrival to the third floor where Bouchon Bakery used to be. We look forward to their opening!

Outside of The Shops:

Earlier this year, T-Mobile opened a new branch at 2016 Broadway. Spectrum also opened a new location at 1865 Broadway. And, right next door at 1863 Broadway, the long-awaited Target opened this fall, offering a variety of groceries, home goods and more!

Le Botaniste, a plant-based organic food and wine bar, opened at 156 Columbus Avenue. They continue to be open for outdoor dining, as well as takeout and delivery!

Another source of good news comes from Old John’s Luncheonette at 148 West 67th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. We have heard a rumor that the long-time Lincoln Square diner is planning to reopen. We are incredibly excited for the re-vamped return of this neighborhood classic.

Enjoy this hopeful neighborhood news with us as we start the new year. And, visit our website for more information about neighborhood happenings.
