Sep 21, 2021Just in time to welcome patrons back to Lincoln Center’s campus for the start of fall seasons with New York City Ballet, the Met Opera, and more, as well as screenings for the New York Film Festival, Indie Food and Wine has finally reopened! Indie Food and Wine (144 West 65th Street inside the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center) is now open Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm (closed Sunday). The café lounge will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items, and the full menu will be available all day—breakfast for dinner, anyone? With proof of vaccination, patrons can dine inside and enjoy a selection of chef-designed salads and sandwiches, vegetarian soups of the day, charcuterie, plates like confit duck leg, and more. Indie Food and Wine also serves beer, wine, coffees and other drinks. If you’d rather enjoy a meal at home or outside while the weather is still nice, you can order online for pickup and local delivery.
As we posted about last week, Boulud Sud will reopen for indoor dining tomorrow, Wednesday, September 22. Also, from a neighborhood favorite and Chef Daniel Boulud’s index of eateries, Épicerie Boulud (1900 Broadway at West 64th Street) has just started a new menu option this week for lunch—perfect timing as the neighborhood gets busier and busier. Stop in during lunch hours to enjoy the new “Perfect Pair” offerings and dine outside on the terrasse or take it to go. The Perfect Pair lunch combo offers a duo of the café’s sandwiches, salads, or seasonal soups for just $11. This means you can pick a salad and soup, a salad and sandwich, or a sandwich and soup—whatever you’re craving most! Click here to view the new combo options online.
