New Year's Eve 2021 in Lincoln Square

The new year is almost here! Welcome 2022 in Lincoln Square style with the help of local businesses and cultural organizations. Check out the special events below for some New Year’s Eve plans on Friday, December 31 in the neighborhood (some events/dinner options may be sold out).

Dining

Atlantic Grill (50 West 65th Street at Broadway): Beginning at 7:00pm, enjoy a prix fixe NYE Gala Menu for the holiday at $245 per person. Reservations available until 9:45pm.

Bar Boulud (1900 Broadway at 64th Street): Begin your evening with a celebratory three-course prix fixe dinner at Bar Boulud from 4:40pm – 7:00pm at $105 per person! Or, enjoy the four-course prix fixe Gala dinner from 8:00pm – 10:00pm at $145 per person.

Boulud Sud (20 West 64th Street at Broadway): From 5:00pm – 6:45pm for $145 per person, reserve a table at Boulud Sud for a three-course prix fixe dinner. Afterwards, from 8:00pm – 10:00pm, the restaurant will host a four-course prix fixe Gala dinner to celebrate for $265 per person.

Café Fiorello (1900 Broadway at 63rd Street): Celebrate the new year with a five-course menu at Café Fiorello for $125 per person. Call to reserve a table at (212) 595-5330 or email info@cafefiorello.com.  

Lincoln Ristorante (142 West 65th Street): For New Year's Eve, choose between two dinner options--a pre-theater NYE dinner from 4:00pm-5:45pm or the second dinner service from 6:00pm-10:00pm. Both options will be offering special tasting menus. 

Nougatine at Jean-Georges (1 Central Park West): For $448 per person, enjoy a six-course dinner for New Year’s Eve in the terrace’s outdoor dining cabins or indoors from 8:45pm to 9:00pm.

Rosa Mexicano (61 Columbus Ave at 62nd Street): Ring in 2022 with a three-course prix fixe celebration with a champagne toast! ⁠The prix fixe is $75 per person--click here for the menu. Dinner is also available for takeout. 

Events

Ascent Lounge (10 Columbus Circle, 4th Floor): Join Ascent Lounge for a New Year’s Eve party featuring an open bar, champagne toast, live DJ, a live stream of the ball drop, and more. Tickets start at $175.

Dizzy’s Club (10 Columbus Circle, 5th Floor): Jazz bassist Carlos Henriquez rings in the New Year with his all-star nonet for two performances—a 7:30pm performance for $285 per person and an 11:00pm performance for $400 per person. Learn more about what each performance offers here.

The Empire Rooftop (44 West 63rd Street at Broadway): On top of the Empire Hotel, celebrate the new year from 9:00pm – 1:00pm with a party that includes an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, a champagne toast, and more. Tickets start at $150.

The Metropolitan Opera (30 Lincoln Center Plaza)The Met rings in the new year with the gala premiere of a bold new take on Verdi’s timeless tragedy, Rigoletto, beginning at 6:00pm.

Big Apple Circus (at Damrosch Park on West 62nd Street and Amsterdam Ave): The December 31 performance takes place at 9:30pm

Flying Over Sunset at Lincoln Center Theater (150 West 65th Street at Amsterdam Ave): The December 31 show takes place at 7:00pm
