NYC Open Restaurants Application is Live

The application for outside dining with NYC's Open Restaurants Program is now live! It is our understanding that this program is intended to enable restaurants to use sidewalk space and parking spots through Labor Day and possibly beyond. Restaurants will be required to complete an application and self-certify that the information they provide is correct. Additionally we understand that this application is not intended for Open Streets or for DOT plazas. The DOT Commissioner stated that the Open Streets application for outdoor dining use will be available at a later date and will be limited to evenings and weekends.
