NYC Property Tax and Interest Deferral Program

The NYC Department of Finance has a new program designed to help property owners handle financial hardships during situations such as the COVID-19 crisis: the Property Tax and Interest Deferral (PT AID) program. If you qualify for this program, you can defer your property tax payments so that you can remain in your home. The PT AID program removes properties from the tax lien sale once an application is complete.
