NYCB's Digital Fall Season
Sep 22, 2020As Autumn arrives, ballet aficionados will still be able to enjoy performances and choreography even without the theater experience. Beginning Tuesday, September 29, the New York City Ballet will offer a fall season of digital performances streamed free of charge on Facebook, YouTube and its homepage. This season includes four weeks of repertory performances, two Saturday matinees for families, and a festival of new choreography, culminating in five new dances. These new commissioned ballets will be recorded outdoors in New York City and shared one per day nightly from Tuesday, October 27 to Saturday, October 31. Otherwise, each program will debut on Tuesday nights at 8:00pm and remain available to stream for a week. Click here for more details about performances and the digital season.
