NYPD Reform and Reinvention Collaborative Listening Tour

Together with several community partners, the NYPD is undertaking a Department-wide initiative that is aimed at transforming policing in New York City. This joint effort between Commissioner Shea, Mayor de Blasio, the New York City Council and external advisors will respond to and extend beyond Governor Cuomo's New York State Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative. To get the community involved in this process, the NYPD has embarked on a listening tour around the boroughs and are broadcasting the sessions on Facebook Live. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, members of the public may register for these meetings and participate remotely using the Zoom. 

Tonight, Wednesday, October 28, there is a Manhattan North listening session. Click here to RSVP. And, tomorrow, Thursday, October, there is a Manhattan South session. RSVP here. Both listening sessions will be held from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
