Dream City Nail Spa (917) 472-7669

You should contact each location for specific details about safety precautions, hours of operation, and services. The NYC Department of Small Business Services is hosting a virtual Small Business Conversation for New York City small businesses in the Personal Care industry reopening as part of Phase Three on Friday, July 10 from 11:00am to 12:30pm. At the event, SBS and partners will provide information about requirements and guidelines for reopening, employee support, best practices and more. Click here to RSVP. All businesses, including personal care services, that are reopening are required to complete a business safety plan. Note that the City guidelines may be different, but you can review Phase Three guidance here for New York State.

Due to the ever-changing nature of the pandemic and the City and State’s responses, be sure to check the New York Forward website for the most up-to-date information.
