Protest Alert for 9.9.17

Please note that there is a large protest scheduled to take place in the vicinity of Columbus Circle, along Central Park West on Saturday, September 9. The “Fight for DACA and ALL Immigrants” demonstration will begin at 2:00pm. According to NYPD, several thousand people are expected to attend the protest and there may be street closures on Central Park West from Columbus Circle to West 65th Street during the event. As of today, the NYPD's 20th Precinct has stated through social media that parking is prohibited tonight (9/8) on both sides of Central Park West between West 59th Street and West 65th Street. Parking is also prohibited on West 62nd Street between Broadway and Central Park West on both sides.
