Sanitation Service Alert for Veterans Day 2018

We have been notified that The New York City Department of Sanitation will not be collecting garbage, recycling,  or organics, nor will there be street cleaning in observance of Veterans Day, Monday, November 12, 2018.

• Residents who normally receive Monday garbage and organics collection should place their materials out at curbside Monday, Nov. 12 after 4 p.m. for collection.

• Residents normally receiving Monday recycling collection should place their material out at curbside after 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 18 for collection on Monday, Nov. 19.

In addition, all DSNY administrative offices will be closed on Monday, November 12 in observance of the holiday.
