Sanitation Service Alert for Veterans Day 2019

The New York City Department of Sanitation announced that there would be no trash, recycling, curbside composting collection or street cleaning in observance of Veterans Day, Monday, November 11, 2019.

• Residents who normally receive Monday trash and curbside composting collection should place their materials out at curbside Monday, Nov. 11 after 4 p.m.

• Residents normally receiving Monday recycling collection should place their material out at curbside after 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 17 for collection Monday, November 18.

In addition, all DSNY administrative offices will be closed on Monday, November 11 in observance of the holiday. 

The Lincoln Square BID's office will be open on Monday, November 11 and our Clean and Safe Teams will be out working in the neighborhood as well.
