Seeking Information Ambassadors for Summer 2019

Know Lincoln Square like the back of your hand? We're looking for you! As part of our mission to support and promote the neighborhood, the Lincoln Square BID provides visitors and members of the public with information about the district and its cultural offerings through our three Information Carts--one at Columbus Circle, one at Dante Park (Broadway and 63rd Street) and one at Richard Tucker Park (Broadway and 66th Street). During the summer, we staff these carts with a handful of friendly student Information Ambassadors who can answer questions about the neighborhood and city and talk with visitors about our materials.
In addition to seeking local high school and college students--rising Juniors and older--we are looking for adult candidates seasoned in hospitality and customer service with a strong knowledge of the city, both locally and overall, to work alongside our student Ambassadors. This part-time, seasonal outdoor (rain or shine) job is terrific for individuals looking to interact with the public and exercise their people skills. If you know and love Lincoln Square, this job is for you!
