Genji Izakaya is a bustling, informal sushi bar inside of Whole Foods Market (10 Columbus Circle). There, a small team of sushi chefs prepare a variety of rolls, sashimi, tempura, and rice bowls. You can also grab pre-made sushi rolls and more, all of which is made fresh daily, from the refrigerated display case in front of the counter area. Located near the registers inside of a refrigerated display case, you can find packaged sushi rolls, such as a California roll or a Philly roll. For the prepared foods, snacks, and grocery selection at Target, head to the store for the most up-to-date reflection of what’s available. You can likewise stop into Melissa's Gourmet Deli (1879 Broadway at 62nd Street) for pre-made sushi, located in the same display case as the pre-packaged sandwiches, salads, hummus and fruit bowls.
