The Artistry of Jazzmeia Horn

With great music and a stunning view of Columbus Circle and Central Park, tickets to a show at the Appel Room make for a wonderful evening in the city. This week especially, a remarkable jazz vocalist, who is also a favorite Winter's Eve alum as well as the winner of the 2015 International Thelonious Monk Vocal Competition, is making her debut over two nights at Jazz at Lincoln Center's notable Appel Room. 

Jazzmeia Horn is an expressive and Grammy-award nominated vocalist taking the jazz world by storm. Along with a talented ensemble of young musicians, Jazzmeia will perform at the Appel Room on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7 at both 7:00pm and 9:30pm. This is a part of her Love and Liberation tour, connecting audiences with Horn's first collection of almost-entirely original material--an ode to self love. Click here for tickets to the performances.
